If official by PA :-

3 Hardcore servers: 2 Normal server, 1 PVP server like Arsha with instead 100% Drop Rate.

💀 only 1 Hardcore character be used so no switching allowed. Use Everything the game has to offer to survive the cruel world. The only difference would be that Boss gear's durability can be fix by black stones and the Corn stone is replaced by instead Caphras Stones so you can use Caphras Stone to instead safeguard your enhancing.

Since there is no way to make yourself look pretty, and no pearl shop for anything like tents and maids, PA wouldn't be able to monetize it.  Why would PA ever implement this?  No Pearl shop means no inventory slots and no weight.  No pearl shop means the majority of things in this game that are pay for convenience are not available.  Also no CM means that you are just playing a single player game.  There are better prettier single players games out there. 

How would a "hardcore" character differ from a character with self imposed restrictions?

I see a lot of gimmies and free items in picture.  That is not even the "hardcore" you described.  Plus this is an "iron man" that is not even iron man because he's using quest items.  Quest items are not allowed and must be trashed as well.  

It's a stupid concept and a waste of everyone's time.  Kicking yourself in the balls is not a "challenge" it is just flat out stupidity.

They could offer us more craftable outfits.  And quest-items are gained by playing the game, so they'd be legit.

It's an interesting concept, and I'm sure the hard-core model was what PA was thinking when they originally began this game, but as they have come to expect that maxed-out stats with all possible buffs are to be required for basic end-game play, we kinda need all the help we can get from giveaways and market-places, in-game and IRL.

To satisfy power-creep, the hard-core mode would require so much time and focus on that one character.

Nope, no need for other alternative server settings, devs can't properly manage the existing ones while keeping their initial concept.
