Move community and event-based titles in another section

Suggestions/Comments: Move titles you can aquire from chat community and events in another title-related section. Actualy, we have four sections: World (mixing quest, workers, amity, specific game activities, community and event titles), Fight, Lifeskill and Fishing. You can theoretically obtain 100% of the titles in the game except those you lose or can't obtain anymore (some are old/removed quests-specific and events-specific; they should both be moved to an other title section).
