LOTML Quest Titles

Anyone know how to get these titles in LOTML? I have done the main questline and, as far as I can see, all other quests as well. Do you get these titles, when you choose the other option in the main quest crossroads? Thx!

Yes you need to do both crossroad options to obtain all main story titles. Theres also a Tamer exclusive questline that has knowledge entries and a title if I remember correctly.
