Make Merv's Pallete free

Suggestions/Comments: As the title states it would be lovely if the whole dye system could be reworked. The addition of the colorwheel has been incredible but the issue remains that adventurers still feel forced to use a valuepack for the simple matter of keeping an outfit dyed. In my opinion this should be part of the base game content (non paid) and thus this plea for it to become free.

Some suggestions as how to approach this change:
1: Make Merv's Pallete free.
2: Make dyed outfits stay dyed even after a Value Pack runs out.
3: Make the non-Merv's Pallete dyes craftable.
4: Make the non-Merv's Pallete dyes buyable, either through an ingame silver vendor or the loyalty shop.

It would be nice if they did that. In Elder Scrolls Online after your subscription runs out, the costumes you dyed remain. You're just unable to change them until your subscription renews. So it'd be nice if this game did that at least, to where the costumes you dyed would remain that way even after your Value Pack runs out. Just wouldn't be able to be altered anymore until you get another pack.

I did once suggest a weekly quest for each region to get a dye for collecting localized resources or killing local mobs.

If not free, at least make the dyes craftable.

its free in korea but not NA which is BS why do we have to pay for it but they get it for free
