Missing Black Spirit’s Adventure Revamp rewards?

I noticed that not everyone got the same rewards that were promised in the notice, even after meeting the conditions. I have 52+ rounds prior to the revamp and still no gold bar boxes, unlike my friend who meets the same requirements.
Please fix this, PA. A man needs his RNG boxes to get back on his feet.

Rewards would have been sent to your in-game mailbox. At this time, as far as I am aware, all rewards from this have been sent out. If you believe you have been left out somehow in error then please file a support ticket and a GM can look into your account records.
