Continuous care is a great addition, but I have already paid way too much money I didn't have to get the first set of fairy skills.

In the past year I have spent about 20 orbs trying to get CC, but at best I had two and while I was given 5 through events to roll again, I lost CC and now have Inexhaustible well 1. 

This is an essential function in Node wars, as you lose your elixirs upon death making it even harder to learn.

This is an essential function for those of us with ADHD that are just trying to remember the 12 different things you need to do in order to grind decently. 

As a 4 year vet this is impossible for me, and for a new player it has to be a tremendous frustration and burden to have to pay hundreds of dollars or just deal with not having this functionality. 

I am aware of the free to play version, but that takes a time gated item in fairy wings, which is a rare drop for most. I am certainly not rerolling a fairy that already has Miraculous cheer V and feathery steps 5. 

My proposal to fix it is to let us direct swap them or have a chance to retain the skill we failed to enhance.

Let us remove the skills we do not wish to get. Especially Inexhaustible well, tingling breath, fairys tear. Maybe we could clear all the spots to have a better chance at the one we want.  

Add in game options for crafting theas orbs, or resetting the skills.

Put some kind of threshold on the amount of resources we can dump into training our fairy.  

This is one of those things that is both overly complicated and so frustrating it makes you want to quit the game alltogether. I understand Pearl abyss has been working to smooth the game out, and this would be a huge step in the right direction if this gets done well.

You can keep rerolling faries without spending any pearls, it just is a tiny bit harder.   It costs roughly 2 billion silver to upgrade a T3 fairy to a T4 level 50 fairy.  You can get a BiS fairy without spending any pearls, we did that back in the day, I rebirthed at least 100 faries before geting MC5, FS5, and Tear4.  I used the free orbs that were given out to get CC4 I could easily keep rolling faries and eventually get it if I had not been given free resets.  

You hear of some in chat saying they spent 1k or 1500 to get the perfect fairy. I doubt they will change the system and help us who don't spend that much total on the game. It's free money for them this way. You can save up all the free ones and get a new t4 and reroll at 1 skill till you get mc5 only cost 1 orbs each. Then maybe try get the weight one or continous care next at 2 orbs. Don't get sucked in chasing under this system if you can't afford it or you could end up like the 2 i mentioned. 

It's a p2w feature in this game, but you can do this totally for free, it cost me ~60-80b silver to get auto pot lvl 5, weight lvl 5 and CC up to 12 items. Like in every game you pay or you grind I have decided to grind.

I agree that this process needs some work.  I think it's rather nasty that we are only allowed to have 1 fairy, and if it doesn't have the skills we want, we have to dump it.  Right now I have all the skills I want but my potion is only level 3.  Otherwise, the fairy is great.  In order to go for the best fairy I have to dump a really good fairy.  Orbs allow for changing just 1 ability but the RNG aspect of it is too predatory.

I'm a proponent of all PTW having in-game equivalences.  Orbs should not be real money only.  There should be a way to craft them or obtain them in-game.  They can always make the probabilities equivalent to what they were before.  One person above said they spent 80 billion on retries making their BiS fairy.  If that was the goal, they could do that through orb silver price as well without having to rebirth fairies.  If they are dead set on keeping the creation of new fairies as the way to upgrade instead of using orbs, then they should make a 2nd fairy slot.

Allowing us to have a 2nd fairy would solve the issue.  I wouldn't mind going for CC5 but I don't wanna release the current fairy with MC5, FS5, FT4, and MS.  I don't have the orbs necessary to reroll more than 2 times which is too big of a gamble to risk rerolling CC4 to CC5, because i'll likely not get any CC back.

I have miraculous cheer 5 and the rest at tier 4. And you can be sure I will not be rerolling my fairy nor buying any orbs until devs make sure there is a way forward without either being RNG carried Tuvala Timmy or a whale with no credit limit.

If devs don't care about making the most aggrevious p2w system in the game manageable, it's their choice. But they're losing customers from the largest pool of players that jdo not meet the aforementioned criteria of being RNG carried or rich af.

That's nice. Your fairy is better then mine and fears is better then yours so why would either of you reroll. The advice was for someone newer not someone who's fairy is almost perfect. If dudes are dropping tons of rl money and others have said they got it for free then the system probably won't change. The game can be very ptw and the fairy can be the worst if you are unlucky.

Uhm well maybe Pearl Abyss does the exact same thing as Nexon (look up Bad news for the future of MMO's by forcegaming) if they do then it explains soooo much. But I really really hope this is not the case ....

I would like to have the option to raise more than one fairy and swap them out as needed.

My fairy, while not having CC, is pretty decent.  I have 8 more T4 wings in storage, but I don't want to release a fairy that has useful skills for one that might not, but I would also like to have fairies with different skill sets that I can swap in different situations.
