This message is addressed to PA and the PvP community interested in this game.
Due to the changes made primarily related to this aspect(PvP), the game has lost a considerable number of players. We want to reintroduce the guild war declaration as it was before to encourage players to return to the game. They left due to the lack of PvP content, and beginners you struggled to bring in with these measures did not stay in the game. NPC-FindLocation was removed, marni spots were added, and server cooldown was reduced. Because of these measures, I propose to reintroduce the war declaration because we need it to maintain order at spots and to prevent players from abusing grief.
PA Team, think carefully because if you continue to make such changes and do not address the already existing problems, you will lose the remaining players. I almost have no one to play this game with anymore; many of my friends are quitting because we no longer have a purpose in this game. PvP is no longer fun. We want you to focus on optimizing the game and let us play it as we have for years. Because the game already has significant problems with Desync, node-war fight lag, class effect. I know this post will not be supported because many people have lost trust in Pearl Abyss because they have never listened to players' opinions and no longer bother to provide them. The extremely low number of players support these words.
This can be considered as a final outcry from the community to PA. Show us that you care about our opinions.

2 The people on the official forums and Reddit are alergic to PvP. The vocal minority killed PvP in BDO which is why myself and many others came here, if there was another game with half as decent PvP that supports open world PvP in an MMO, I would be gone in a heartbeat.

Nope, griefer PvP-ers killed PvP. How is it "fun PvP" when you storm into a guild's boss run and kill the members, preventing them doing the boss (this is the reason Khan instance realm was created, for example)? Or when a person is grinding, and you kill them only to drop their buffs or try to feed their crystals to the mobs (back when you could do it)? Or when you kill people doing world/field bosses on their alts? Or when you kill people at Rawr-Rawr boss, who cant even fight back because they are holding a matchlock? Or when you sink an AFK barterer, who loses millions in assets as a result? Or when you knock an AFK rider off the horse, just because? Or when you kill <lvl56 players at Helms, who absolutely has no chance to fight back? These are the reasons people hate (as you said "allergic to") PvP.

While agree that pa went too far in completely eliminating one sided deccs, something had to be done to deal with the abuse of the war decc mechanics to bully and harass players. I'd like to see the one sided decc return with the following changes: 1) a timer - 4 to 6 hours, enough to protect a grind spot, but not enough to allow endless harassment; 2) a cooldown to prevent immediate re-deccing
Unfortunately, toxic and abusive bullies remain. I've been told that if I don't leave a certain server channel that I will be constantly hunted, currently an empty threat because the bullies who think that they own the server are too afraid to go red.

They kinda set up the whole toxic PvP deal by believing that everyone will gladly compete with each other for limited resources. While friendly rivalries are created in this structure, mostly bullying ensues. It's human nature.
They need to give us incentives form parties while grinding rather than compete.
I hate the Big Brother direction that they're taking. But still, the denial of human nature that exists at the core of this game isn't quite the right way either.
As for guild bosses, PA can create spot marni (example Khan safe-zone).
This has been proposed once before: Can't declare war on guilds that are passed as Life/Adventure/Sailing, only those that are in PvP(Combat), but also can't participate in Guild League or node-war or declare war those which are Life/Adventure/Sailing.
NPC Location was removed, now no one can find you so easily, and if you come you can change the server in 5 minutes and it takes 2 hours to check to find you considering how big the map is.
Do you know why no one is commenting PRO on this proposal? because they have already left the game. Soon the game will disappear because there is no more content. And on the PvE side 9/10 games are the same. PvP makes a big difference in BDO
