A current problem for war of the roses is that the guilds that are matched-up against each other lead to completely unbalanced fights. This is mainly due to strenght differences of the guilds. 3 suggestions might improve (not solve) the issue:
1. Dont let capped content give the same amount of points hat are counted for application as leading guild than uncapped content. War of Roses is uncapped content so it can contributes to a power imbalance if capped guilds are matched against uncapped guilds.
2. Give the stronger guild (e.g. total wins of war of roses) the O'dillita regions because Kamalsive seems to give a small advantage, which the weaker guild should get.
3. That the side that holds more sanctuaries gets more buffes kills the balance aswell. It effectively takes away the ability to fight back from the loosing (already weaker) side.
They should change the sanctuary buffs from ap/dp etc to -5s respawn timer, +10% health on rapid respawn and the like. Still gives a bonus to having them, but not so overwhelming that it's impossible to overcome. Remove backdooring too, you should have to take the nodes in order.
It doesn't matter fights are in nw and sieges are scripted. Diplo ruins the game mode. The best way to approach that issue is to ban winning guild from content for the 3 wotrs
