Where the heck is the promised bounty system

People are getting really tired of pathetic bullies that start mowing down people minding their own business just because they happen to have bought their way to top gear. If you can't deliver a non pvp set of servers for those of us tired of harrassment you could at least deliver the bounty system so those pathetic players that like to prey on people who are afk can at least have some payback coming to them.

Bounty wouldn't change anything, they would jsut exploit it, and that's why it probably never come either.

Normal people don't get killed randomly outside of safezones. Nor do they get "harassed".
The chances of you randomly getting killed outside of world bosses, khan summons and grinding are negligible and lead to (as good as) no detrimental effects even if you were to die...
If you did piss off someone to the extent that they're hunting you down permanently, next time reconsider your actions.

Bounty system can be too easily exploited for RMT.
I can't imagine an RMT-tight bounty system. Can you?

Hmmm Im sure they promised more than that.
Last year they said they gonna show us DMG numbers (or 2 years ago) also said they will rework being overloaded + give diff rotation buffs depending on your zodiac sign
Maybe in next 10 years

I hope it was me that killed you while being AFK, if you are going to be AFK in a non safe zone, you took a chance and got what you deserved.

The bounty system is actually a bad idea, there is mentally ill people in BDO that would actually feel encouraged to increase their toxicity for the sake of having bigger bounties on them because their lives are so empty and meaningless that having the attention of a bunch of people trying to hunt them down would actually be fun for them.
My best suggestion is to just wait for "New World" as their stance on PvP makes much more sense than BDO's:
wich kinda explains why the western MMOs usually have a greater life span than your average asian "MMO"
