Server Wide Player Buffs (Gold Bell + Blitz Buffs)

Suggestions/Comments: Currently in BDO, there are only 4 Server wide buffs that can be given out from players. 3 of the 4 buffs are combat related, which eliminates any life skillers from participating in those buffs, if they don't have the gear for it and some don't. I would like to see two things added/changed. The first would be to add a 10% to 20% Life Exp buff, and 5% to 10% Gathering Item Drop rate to the Bell of Life (New Item via Pearl Shop for the same price). If you have a Golden Bell + Bell of Life, you can combine the effects into 1 for the server. The second change I would like to see is an alternative Boss Blitz buff for those who don't have the gear to do C7 Boss Blitz. Something life skillers could do that would add 5 to 10% life exp, 5% to 10% Gathering Item Drop Rate and a +50 Mastery buff when they are popped. These could be added to the existing boss blitz buffs, but could also be separate.

Great suggestion. Although I think 5-10% life exp is low, considering guild buff is now 40%, it should be a minimum of 50% life exp for ~2-3 hours. Nice post, upvoted!

Currently PA is trying to reduce the number of items in the game, which I wholeheartedly support. I don't see a lifeskill bell being something they would add. They could simply add some lifeskill boons to the existing earth/moon/mountain buffs from blitz without any problems. They hand out life exp books like candy so adding +X% to an already +50% life exp book/scroll would be ludicrous. (drop rate really doesn't affect item drops as much as people think it does since it's additive, not multiplicative) It's an idea, but there are more factors to consider here than the combat buffs the bosses give already.
