"Green Artisan" mini-game should proc 100% of the time when gathering rare materials

Comments: In BDO, most rare resources are not generated by players going out and gathering them, but are moved to more common content as rare drops. Truffles went from being gathered in the caves of the BDO world to being a rare byproduct of alchemy. Rare ores such as opal, platinum or mythil can be obtained through rare drops from worker nodes. Rare materials are typically found in uncommon regions of the BDO world and had long cooldown periods before they could be gathered again. As a result, few players ventured out specifically to gather them.
However, with the introduction of the "Green Artisan" mini-game and reduced server swap times, more players are now gathering these materials. Despite this, the activity remains unrewarding compared to gathering at normal spots.
Suggestions: Allow "Green Artisan" mini-game to proc 100% of the time when gathering rare materials.
