Nobody forces you to do your daily activities.
Certainly constant and specific activities are better than rng.
Eg. let's assume you only play between 16 and 20. Field bosses spawn randomly after a certain period of time. It may be that for 2, 3, 4 days you won't kill any of them because they will all appear, e.g. between 6 and 10, and then between 21 and 23.
And now we are introducing fixed spawn field boss times, e.g.: 10, 13, 15, 18, 21. As you can see, at this point you always have the opportunity to take part in killing field bosses at 18.
