When respawning after death at Bloodwolves and selecting "respawn at nearest safe area" the second time you respawn using this method it crashes players to desktop.  The first time works fine, but the second causes a crash, every time.  This bug had persisted for at least a couple of weeks. Not sure when it began but it wasn't an issue last year. Very repeatable now.
