Wrong description in Quest "A Harder and Lighter Tool"

The quest description tells the player that they should build a tool workshop and craft a hoe, while there is currently no way to craft tools since January 17.
The only way to complete the quest right now is to vistit a material vendor and buy a hoe, and hand that over.
