I would like to know if it is illegal to leave Nova on the spot with one pack of mobs so that Axian kills them. Sometimes when i work i could take advantage of this in-game possibility without stopping my work.

Of course, there is no question of using bots or macros, only the functions existing in the game.

According to the TOS I read it is allowed. Also at max you can leave axion out for 1hour because it has a auto de-spawn timer. The mobs your able to kill afk are also most likely at the lower end of the exp, or loot value. Multiple people tried it, but it seems not worth it. For money you could lifeskill, for exp you could ask train using dummies.
