Looks like a problem with your graphics settings. Mine look completely normal still.

It looks like you need to upgrade your graphics card, not the settings.

Common problem. I experience it as well on high end PC.
So far I couldn't find solution to it.

I only managed to find information that it is a problem with the game engine.
ps. Can you provide hardware specs and OS?
