When grinding murrowak you have to enter a personal instance and fight for about 10-15minutes before getting teleported out again and you have to enter again, this is very tedious, this was not an issue back when the grind spot released, because there was enough players grinding for the boss event to happen before the time was up. So my suggestion would be to remove the timer, so that you may continously grind untill you exit on your own terms, or the boss event starts. Also a slight increase in money per hour at this spot would be appropriate if the developers decide to take a look.

You already can.  Once you get the notification your room is done, you can just sit and wait in that room, 1m after the room "closes" the mobs start spawning again.  If you swap to a new room, it takes roughly 15 seconds to finish collecting the loot in the room you are in, about 15 seconds to go into the new room, and then 30 seconds to get the first mob to spawn.  There is zero reason to swap rooms until t he boss spawns.  I do this all the time when I find the room I like to avoid the rooms I dislike.
