some reasons why the rewards should be adjusted:
- Fun Co-op content to do with group of 5 people and you should be rewarded to do content together with people and not punish you to play with others
- It feels bad to go to a dungeon making less than grinding 1 hour even tho setting up dungeon with 5 people might take some time.
- it’s weekly content that you can only do twice (and 2nd time rewards are a bit worse)
- balancing that content would make it more important to the player base again
at the end of the day the incentive to do the dungeon is not there for the most players and increasing the reward will increase the incentive to do them
also as it’s weekly capped and not spammable like grinding - hence the rewards should be higher than grinding by quite a big margin and it used to be so but with the increase of silver/hour for grinding the rewards for the dungeon should get on par with it as well
some other solutions could be:
- raise the maha fragments per chest to get more gold bars weekly (this wouldn’t have any effect to the market itself)
- you simply could double or triple those
- raise the dehkima: token of the oath per chest and add new exchangeable items for them
- possible items could be: Mythical Feathers, Cron Stones, Caphra Stones, T9 Horse Materials (etc.)
- raise the possibilities of getting Golden Tears of the Desert
- raise the common loot like Fruits, Traces, Ancient Spirit Powder, Relic Shards, Abyssal Essence (etc.)
- add Purified Lightstones of Earth/Wind/Fire/Flora to each chest
- remove some accessories completely
- for the Vaha Chest: Ring of the Crescent Guardian and Basilisk's Belt
- for the Yolu Chest: Narc Ear Accessory and Valtarra Eclipsed Belt
- add new accessories
- Dawn Earring, Turo Belt, Ominous Ring for example
- make it more worth to run it twice by replacing the 2nd chest of each dungeon to the 1st chest (currently the 2nd chest is a bit worse)

yes, they have to rework the rewards at some point, but permanent 2 boxes would be overkill
if you do all 6 runs on elvia right now (1,5h - 2h time investment):
the math for the worst week on EU would be right now:
540m in gold bars
~1,2b in mem frags (3,7m/memfrag)
~300m in caphras (2m/caphra)
basil belt x2 in vahmalkea (12m x2 = 24m)
tungrad ring x2 in sycrakea (150m x2 = 300m)
valtarra belt x2 in yolunakea (20m x2 = 40m)
+ a few fruits, relics, scrolls etc. (roughly about 20-30m atm)
= 2,4b (before taxes)
and that's the outcome for the worst possible week, as soon as you hit like a duo or tri something you get a lot more
so that's 1,2b if you just go for a chill run (2h) - ppl who grind much more are obviously much faster so the silver/hour is higher (still only for the worst outcome)
if you would double the boxes it would already be 2,4b/hour minimum (4,8b for all 6 runs) - we don't need to talk about 3 boxes at this point imo
usually you get around 3b+ per week, if you're lucky it's easily boosted up to 4b+ and if you're really lucky you hit a tri vaha which is already 7b without anything else
they could buff it easily by increasing tokens or the goldbars without crashing the market even more (most accs would drop below 10m, vahas always drop below 300m only within the 2 weeks when we have a double box event, would be worse if it would be permanent)
they also could add new stuff for the tokens (someone in another thread a few months ago mentioned stuff like mythical feathers or crons for example)
Agreed. I stopped running dungeons recently because of time to rewards ratio and the fact u gotta run em twice to make it slighty worth it. Elvia absolutely should have no place for things like basilisk belts. They gotta adjust content to whats happening with pricing of rewards in this case accesories. Wouldn't hurt adding more variety for Elvia while keeping the cheaper ones for seasonal/normal.
Also Sycraia imo is way too long of a dungeon comparing to other two + if bugs occur like fish getting stuck in a wall or prison pyramid spawning on top of person who is using the item for 2nd phase. Maybe if all mini bosses before main one had some kind of worthwhile loot like extra tokens I would consider it worth the time. Right now rewards feel bad, sycraia can get buggy at times with things mentioned above and unecesserily longer - it would be good if they prevent some very unfair things from happening that force a re-run of boss while improving rewards.
On top of that just small request aside. Let us skip cutscenes <_<

I upvoted, but in my opinion, simply doubling the chests is not a good solution, as it will tank the accessory market even more. I agree with increasing the Maha/Dehkia amount, so you can get more silver/hour.
I also agree with removing lower tier accessories and adding higher tier accessories.
An additional suggestion would be the removal of the need to do the 2 runs on separate characters, I think that is just an unnecessary annoyance.
Or, a completely different approach: players who got ALL knowledges from a dungeon (its possible now with solo runs, still need some grinding though) should get a permanent (NOT character bound) key, so they could skip all minibosses and go directly to the last boss. This would make the runs much faster, increasing the silver/hour rate.
Doing all the minibosses and assembling the key is fun for a while, but it is NOT for the 200th time, especially with the annoying bugs (endless Lacerta teleport, Krahtenn taking a lot of kills to spawn, randomly rotating columns in Vaha, ice fishes freezing you in Syca (I see no reason for this besides being annoying), aggro issues with the fishes at squid boss, whale hitbox issues, prison spawning at the worst time on the worst player making us fail the mechanics, endless spam of vacuum mechanics, falling under the boss in Syca or getting stuck in the boss/column after a vacuum, Yolu is mostly all right, maybe remove the barrier before the croco miniboss, or make the mechanics start faster, and for the love of god, REMOVE CUTSCENES!!!! or add an auto skip option to the game for all cutscenes).

agree, my group was talking about that from time to time as well
you could combine it with the 130 knowledge quest for example (requires minimum of 10 boss kills to finish)
I totally agree to change there current in game rewards in dungeon , the double boxys only killing the marketplace during the event , but dungeon shouldn't work just on event but in daylies/weekly routime to have fun with guild friends in game like during the guild bosses now. We clearly can see that gold bars change with lightstone made the guild bosses content so active and friendly.
