1, Merge blackstone armor and weapon into a single item "Blackstone"

Currently we have two seperate items that have the exact same obtain methood, and basically the same function just for a different type of item. There is no reason to have them duplicated, both sells for pretty much the same anyway, this is just pointless clutter.

Merge them into a single item.

2, Remove Concentrated blackstone armor/weapon and replace them with multiple Blackstones

Make them work like tuvala do, same enchament material, just more from them. Heating blackstones with sharps/hards ain't add anything to the game, and it's not like they would be harder to obtain either.

Replace shard/hard drops/rewards/etc with Blackstones.

This could, in fact should be done with a lot of items.  Grains, Fruits, Flour, Dough, Dried Fish, red meat, bloods (4 types for recipes, 20 different bloods), hides and the list goes on.  

I don't think Concentrated should be removed, But they should be combined hards and sharps are almost the exact same price.  Weapon/armor stones are almost exactly the same price fluxuating slightly but always close the the same price.  Reform stones don't need to be weapon or Armor reform stones, they can just be Ultimate Reform Stones.

I agree.

there are a bunch of pointless duplications on many item types in the game. 

however, if PA decides to use these unique items for specific crafting in the future, it would be important to keep the item the way it is today. 

Item consolidation isnt good for selling inventory and WT expansion slots.

I love the idea. Literally TONS of items that are in various bags/storage that are redundant.

What about Shakatu seals? Blue and Gold ones? Why 2? lol 100% agree
