Suggestions/Comments: Considering that 200% Black Spirit's Rage skills will now become universally accessable with the Tungrad accessory set bonus, I believe it would be a good idea that the cooldown is heavily reduced or removed for PVE particularly. Obviously this change is already going to shake up PVP heavily, so I would be reluctant to say that it should change there. The mention of being a hero-like effect would be the biggest thematic reason for still giving it some kind of cooldown, even in PVE. However, I think that thematic would still be kept if it were around a 3 to 5 minute cooldown. As it stands, it would probably still be better to use the 100% BSR for more consistent buff uptime anyway. All this being said, 200% BSR is super cool and so is this change. Let us do cool things more often!
