They are weaker than the regular one, and cost exactly the same amount of money, hence no reason to buy them, making them obsolate to exits.
Remove them from the game.

Some people use the Regular HP pots because they are cheap or because their fairy only has cheer 4, when they go into RBF, they want to use the regular HP potion to simulate their regular non RBF BA PvP experience.
I have to ask, why does this one bother you?

Also not having cheer 4 doesn't matter anything in this sense, I don't have it either? and? The fairy still works with better pots lol...
