I have four Carracks and 50 sailor slots. Each one of my ships has their own sets sailors, and the menu is not user-friendly at all. I think it would be better if the current in use ship had its sailors all move towards the top of the menu. I feel this would make the menu a lot more user-friendly and it would make it easier to see which sailors are on the ship.

Sorting, filtering, and presets.  And more sailor slots.

And add what type of sailor to the menu somewhere... next to their names i.e <Innocent> <Ambitious> etc...
