Recipe in Knowledge for the following:
Frost Wolf
Black Snowfield Yak Head
Snowfield Yak Head
Snowfield Makhor Head
Recipe says 10 Quartz, 10 Snowfield Cedar Sap, 2 Breath of Narcion or Omua and the Trophy.
Recipe fails to work unless Snowfield Cedar Sap is swapped for Moss Tree Sap.
