As seen in the pictures below trying to exchange hunter seals for hards is bugged. Yesterday before reset I exchanged all 3 hard exchanges (they all showed 1/1 upon exchanging) and logged out. Today I logged in after the reset and went to collect them again, but it gives me a msg stating I can't anymore. The ui states it's a daily exchange and it shows 0/1, but it won't do it even though I have enough seals. This problem isn't just me either, others I've talked to can't exchange for hards again either.

The first exchange was yesterday at 0442 AKST in the morning and trying again today at 0001 AKST. Maybe it was coded to only work after 24 hours instead of based on the daily reset? Graphically it was coded to the daily reset, but maybe it needs a full 24 hours to actually work. I'll try again in 5 hours.

EDIT: just tried again it is now 0202 AKST and now it allowed the exchange. Crisis averted? but still something is up. 

Also it bugged out when I went to exchange the 300 seal exchange. It did not show a green checkmark showing completion right away like the other two. Later on during the day it did update to show it. When I logged in after the reset it showed the green checkmark, yet still available to exchange (0/1). I came back to it later and then it shows no green checkmark. I first exchanged it during a boss scroll and it kicked me out of the ui right after I exchanged. Not sure if this was the cause.

I guess this isn't really an important issue since hards are about to be deleted, but for two reasons: first sharps might be bugged as well in the same way. Secondly weapon stones and armor stones are different seal costs (weapon is twice as much) so not being able to exchange all seals for armor type before they all get converted into weapon is a loss of 374 million based on current market prices right now of sharps.

sharps are 2.9 million per right now.
2,970,000 x 21 = 62,370,000 profit if hunter seals used this way.
62,370,000 x 6 = 374,220,000 million lost
In material amount instead that's 126 sharps I could have that this bug has preventing me from recieving. 

how did I suddenly get 300 hunter seals in one day in the pictures? 2 weeks to kill all the boss scrolls you've been saving up for YEARS is pain.

Day 2 of trying to repeat the daily, 11 PM AKST, 7 hours after reset. Daily exchange not available. Going to try again at each hour. I don't expect it to work till after 01. at worst 02 again.

EDIT: 01 akst, 9 hours after reset and the ui showing it available you can exchange it again.

This is now affecting me and others with the weekly Plump Coelacanths as well. I just made a post about it before I saw this.
