So I noticed a bug in rbf the other day.  I know only one skill slow and one addon slow are supposed to be applied to a target.  It works from the perspectice of the player applying the debuff but not form the player receiving it. 

Multiple players can apply the same type of debuff to one target.  This results in the target being slowed much more than should be intended.  In this clip I had 8 total slows debuffing me, 5 on attack speed and 5 on move speed.  

You can see how dramatically slow it makes me, my c swap took over 3 seconds and never did complete.  It feels similar to trying to play at over 200% weight.
