-For increase GS, which gear i need start? For good grind spots getting silver and drops

-Any advice for gear tab i need to do?

With that gear, on Lahn or Witch, I would probably go to kratuga or Elvia orcs. Otherwise, you can also go to Biraghi Den or Fogans, also in Elvia.

Working on the gear, id go for the following:

1. Buy or enhance a Duo Godr mainhand

2. R4 your Kutum

3. Buy a pen Bhegs and finish the Jetina process for urus and griffon

4. Get a Vell

You also want to do some work on your artefacts and crystals, but as you arent showing them here, I cant give you much advice.
