Automatically Collect/Finish Guild Missions

Suggestions/Comments:
The current State of Guild Mission is:
- Start Mission
- Fullfill the Mission by killing/gathering/doing something
- Look at the finished Mission (give yourself some headpats for doing it) and in the worst Case you forget to collect it and the time runs out and you cant get the Loot anymore although the Mission was "finished". If you still read here you need to Forfeit the Mission and dont get anything for the Guild.
- Start Mission
- Fullfill the Mission by killing/gathering/doing something

Now the State as it should be to make it more Guild friendly:
- Start the Mission
- Fullfill the Mission by killing/gathering/doing something
- The Game finishes the guild mission and sends the Rewards to Guild Storage
This useless and unnecessary step of collecting the rewards by your own is especially annoying if you are a regular member who is not able to end the mission properly without the help of a higher ranked guild member. PLS REMOVE THIS STEP and automate it. TY

There are cases when you want to complete missions and not turn them in, for example saving mission completions until after weekly reset.

and give a numerical value to each guild member that does a mission or contributes to one rather than this points system so that can work out who contributed the most and gets a higher rate of pay
