As of right now the balance of special buildings is either too impactful in fights in non interactive ways or are considered useless. Below are the biggest offenders with ideas on how to fix.

Elephants:
 Charge AOE is too large and impossible to dodge. Even if elephants didnt desync (lag) as badly as they do, they're near impossible to dodge and CC you out of SA or FG. Elephants can single handedly change the result of a fight in a non interactive or fun way for a majority of players.

- Suggestion for Elephants: Remove elephant CC to players, increase damage to structures so it acts as another "siege" weapon again. Also please fix the Remote Collect bug. Guilds can abuse this to keep eles alive or to build a new one sooner than they're supposed to.

Cannons: Currently in T3s & T4s cannons are considered fairly useless. A large part of this is due to the fact buildings can be burnt quickly by players just attacking them with normal abilities/spells. The other reason is that cannon dmg & hp is too low. Currently the meta is to spam cannons by solo players and put them in random spots. This means that the cannoneer fires until they get found by 1 player on the enemies flex team and are quickly killed.
- Suggestion for Cannons: Reduce the amount of cannon obs you can place on any tier down to 1 for T3/T4, 2 for T5s and 3 for Siege. Increase Cannon HP & DMG by 3-4x. YOU HAVE TO DO THE REDUCTION OF OBS AND THE CANNON BUFF ITSELF OTHERWISE CANNONS WILL BE TOTALLY USELESS OR COMPLETELY OVERPOWERED. Also buff structure HP

Ballistas: How fast a ballista can tear down a base in siege is too quick. With new instant loadscreens, having a Ballista at a flag makes its too difficult to take it out.

- Suggestion for Ballista: Reduce fire rate so guilds can respond to them before being full stripped. Drastically reduce damage done to walls. Let this be done by elephants/axes.

P.S. Please add a mechanic where sticks have damage reduction based on other buildings alive.
