Karma Recovery lowering will not deter red players

No it won't, it won't deter any red player any to any degree, it will however encourage griefers even more.
The Karma changes and Dec changes are bad for the game as a whole.
I was against PvE servers for the longest time, but if the alternative is this Karma system, make 1/3rd the servers PvE decs disabled, 1/3rd the servers normal Karma from 2 years ago with 1 sided decs and character specific kamra, and 1/3rd the servers Arsha. Then see which servers are full and adjust the allocation accordingly. If no one is on the PvE servers then lower the amount if everyone flocks to it up the amount. If no one is on the "normal" servers lower the amount, if everyone is on the normal servers up the amount. Same goes for Arsha.
One thing enable World bosses on all servers, because the only reason I am not on Arsha 24/7 is because you don't get the world boss notification and the world boss does not spawn so I forget about them.
i said nothing about red players, its your head cannon. its supposed to deter ppl from pking in general not only perma reds.

if this change doesn't do anything then you wouldn't mind now would you :)
so yeah this change is good, I been saying the max negative karma should be -10m and grind back up rate should be reduced which is what we gotten, this is perfect.
now just need to make it so when red players die in pvp their gear have a chance of downgrade as well then we are good OR they get jailed regardless whether or not they are in desert

yep its true, these changes will not do anything. I will CONTINUE to blast people at vell without penalty because no one can sink me. new minimum karma? who cares, I literally lose 0 karma currently. I cant wait to see the chaos that erupts when blue players compete with each other over grind spots. And no, I will not come open a rotation for you. This change is a nerf to blue players not red ones. In fact now that I will be forced to commit to being red full time, I will have even more time to commit acts of piracy.
PA if you are reading this, remove market tax for players at -10m karma. we are criminals after all, and piracy without reward is not piracy.

Muiquun and the permareds are only getting more activity and members the further this game tries to outlaw PvP.
We see it as a buff.
The only reds deterred by this change are semi reds who grinded it back on alts.
If they had an imagination, PA could switch the karma system into one of three OW factions.
But J would never allow it, it's all in the past now...

Where can you manage to find red players? It sounds like an absurd today. Do we have any red players except that red musa streamer? I am grinding Dehkia spots all day for last 3 months and I only saw a red player twice. I just changed the channel and kept grinding.
And yeah, auto grind system in infinity marni room when?

I had to stop this last month because I was too busy, but before that I spent a good number of hours in Yzrahid without being attacked, while I was seeing players checking the spot before moving. For sure, it's totally wild! XD
Still, it may have changed this last month... But I doubt it. Why would it? Players can get no benefit by using owpvp.
