Alchemy Stones should be included in the Pity System

The alchemy stone system is probably the one that most needed a pity system or a complete overhaul. But so far PA have shown that they have pretty much forgotten it exists. I fully support such a change, current state of affairs is ridiculous.

They should rework the Prices and Polishing/Growing System for Alchemy stones!
