For the love of God, PA, can you finally fix BDO's performance issues?

It has been especially awful since the last patch, simply having the game open and traveling around a little bit causes my game to become extremely sluggish, moreso than usual. Just for comparison: I can have 230fps at a certain spot after starting the game, then, after sailing around for a while and later coming back to that same spot, I will be hovering around 150fps, with the exact same settings, camera distance, viewing angle, etc... That's 80fps less, how the hell can this happen? Apart from that, the game suffers from frame-time spikes all around.
Just for the record, these issues did not go away after:
1) Resetting my PC

2) Trying Win11 instead of Win10 (slight fps improvement there, but that's because Win11 has a better CPU Scheduler)
3) Reinstalling BDO

4) Scanning BDO's files
5) Clearing BDO's Cache, temp files, etc.
6) Changing many things in the Nvidia Control Panel
7) Following any of the self-proclaimed "performance guides" for BDO
8) Building a whole new PC

I appreciate the upcoming changes to skill hits and hope they will improve the game's performance a bit, but there is obviously a lot more that needs to be done here. I have yet to encounter any other game that has issues like these. I find the issue where the game's performance worsens the longer you have it open especially ridiculous and I wish the dev team would be allowed to spend some time on looking for the bad code that is responsible for this.

I encourage anyone that also experiences theses issues to leave a comment on this post, maybe also with the PC hardware they use, in order to get a bigger picture of this issue and being able to see if only certain hardware is being affected by this.
My current specs are:
Motherboard: MSI MAG B760 Tomahawk WiFi DDR4
CPU: Intel i7-12700KF

RAM: 4x16GB G.Skill TridentZ RGB 3600mhz CL16-19-19-39
Drive 1: Samsung 960EVO 256GB (Windows is installed here, as well as most drivers)
Drive 2: Samsung 980PRO 2TB (All games are on this drive, including BDO)

GPU: Gigabyte RTX4070 Super Windforce OC 12GB
PSU: beQuiet! Pure Power 12 M 750W
