Why do i have to put up with nothing in side my home after i leave Eliva Realm

I always come back and nothing inside have to log off and log back on for there to be thing inside why can they not fix this

I did and all they told me was how to click the button to leave the Elvia Realm and they really think I did not know how to get out of there and no that does not fix the problem of going to my home and nothing inside
