Khan´s Heart has basicly been Consumed by the Treant´s Tear 

30% Life Skill Experience is really really good and also the reason why Khan Heart is sitting in the market at Min Price.
I recommend to Buff Khans Heart with additional 25+ ALL Mastery and in addition with 30% Life Experience.
 

This way Khans Heart is slighly better then the Tear and not super Recommended for New Players.

Treant´s Tear should be a Free alternativ to Khans Heart for Beginners, which they can later upgrade to Khans Heart which will be slightly better.

This price is a consequence of too easy access to these hearts through a series of quests, but they are one-time use so over time the supply of cheap khan hearts will be exhausted.
