controller support in need of URGENT help

currently can do everything else in the game just fine with a controller but i cant do sniper hunting do to me not being able to adjust my aim while aiming down sight i dont know if there is a setting i need to adjust or what please help

if thats the case then thats a problem regardless of how many people it may or may not affect
