In game trade will ruin their game, there are many who already got duplicates of treasure items and have nothing to with them but to delete it or keep them in storage.

Future spots will be dhekia then probably will end there, no other improvements or new zones for treasure items, game will hit soon end content imo.

The only strategy here is to loose as much time as you can grinding for treasure items, flames, hardcore enhancing and other stuffs that holds you from progressing fast.

As I would expect, at some point when hitting end game gear ( after years )  and treasure items, nothing else can be done in game other then life skills but poor on silver without 2k mastery and pvp where isn't worth for money but for fun.

So no trade in this game and what PA will always says, its RNG :)

have you considered that ppl have fun min maxing? Or is the only right way to have fun your way?

So I'm also one of the people who will probably leave the game. It's just a pain to see how others get the piece after less than 50 hours. This waiting for other party members is also annoying or to find a party.

Especially because you can have a party, but as soon as someone drops the piece, that player no longer grinds there and you're on your own. Padix was even changed to a solo spot. So why is the Olunspiece reserved for group spots?

Lol what? It was always like this. Back then we did grind with elex. Shared spots? Sausan was a bloody battlefield cause nobody wanted ro share beside maybe for pulling some guildmates.

Now its way more chill with draughts and crons meals instead of elix and food rotation everywhere. 

Tge only spot that requires elixirs is olun. And why not? Most ppl dont grind for fun, but for the result. All elix are ready available on the market, so not even need to gather truffles anymore for ur own detection.

The average player would not even start chasing the Ring. So is the player that don't want to grind group spots. No one is forcing you to.

lmao imagine playing mmorpg and not wanting to party. i see zero reason for the game to cater to this.

it's a restriction you imposed on yourself, majority of people go into mmos expecting party play.

besides, this item is not mandatory for anything. it's a fancy thing, it's fine for it to force any kind of gameplay pattern  

and honestly, since oluns released in 2019 or whenever that was everything moved so far ahead, gear levels, new crystal system + new crystals, addon buffs, massive pve buffs for every class in the game, availability of consumables etc. 

you can definitely just grind normal oluns solo with OK speed all things considered. if the ring is important to you and you refuse to participate in something core to mmos, then it's still an option for you

In my opinion, you need to change. At the end of the day, BDO is supposed to be a MMORPG, and as such it already features far too little group content to begin with. Yes setting up good groups can be difficult, a bit time consuming, but just like the grind itself this is something that is necessary to do in order to achieve the goals you set for yourself, and i think it is absolutely correct that there are things (like the oluns piece) that are EXCLUSIVE to group content. In fact, i think there should be way more of these kinds of things in the game.

I think you should reconsider your perspective, why should you be able to obtain anything you desire in the game on your own by doing things in a way that is convenient to you? Overcoming the obstacles and doing what is necessary to get the thing you want is a huge part of what makes the achievement meaningful in the end, and that includes having to organize and socialize with other players and doing things you might not normally do (like elix rotation and tryhard grinding for max efficiency if thats what the people in the group are expecting/demanding). The more exclusive the item is, the cooler it is to end up obtaining and owning it, and i think that is especially important for items like treasures, since they are not direct character power increases like gear pieces would be, but rather "bragging rights" items that you get to show you that are a completioninst and were fine with doing what it takes to get them (including partying up).

do like me rool to shai pay 20 elixirs rotation even if thats 100m a loss after1 h spend agris say good bye to party group (unles they want more hours ) and go to real character  like striker and solo oluns for 3h and logg off repeat next day after work till burn out :P

Oh yeah, and despite being a "group grind" spot, you can grind normal Oluns solo.
