Whats going on withthe market place I logged in can acess storage but my warehouse is empty and the market place is not accessable anyone else have this issue?

I personally have not been experiencing this. However, I had other issues the last two days with the game that were only resolved by clearing the Cache, Usercache, and scanning the files on the launcher. (Logging out and restarting my pc did not resolve my issues). 

My issue was that I was unable to interact with anything and I could not move. If I tried to brute force myself forward I would eventually get hit with a loading screen that would send me back to where I was. I even threw myself off a cliff and recieved no damage, then logged out and logged back in to find my character at half their hp.
