did u tried how to obtain in this page?
Your comment showed me the light after a long struggle .
After gathering all mats for it I discovered now they removed the recipe compeltely !!!
It started to feel like PA is doing it's best to make this journal impossible to finish !!!
Please if anyone found a solution let me know it's blocking my from finishing my journal.
And the belt is impossible to craft since mats are out of stock and the belt it self is out of stock
