I completed the first chapter of the fifth volume of Deve's Encyclopeia, but I did not receive the AP.  The bonus is recorded in my journals total benefits section, but nowhere else.

Once for an hour or so when I was online I noticed that the AP was appearing on my gear page, but it was gone when I next logged.

This website says it should be permanent sheet AP.

Hi there, is it possible that the Blue buff from the LoML C7 boss fights was active before you accepted the DP reward? That could explain the lack of difference for before and after. 

With the screenshots, its sadly difficult to see what AP/DP you should be having, as reform levels / caphras are not shown. You can however use the Gearplanner tool on Garmoth.com to re-create your gear, including all passives and journals, to see what gearscore you should be having. If you want to, you can post your gear link here so we can take a look together at what the issue could be.
