As of today our lifeskill levels are combined and the lifeskill leap quests are converted to family quests. However I noticed that some leap quests are already considered done, while others are available (although I know I finished them with at least one character).

What was the process to determine which leap quests remain available to do and which ones are considered finished? Was it tied to the first character to log in after the update? If that's the case, I would have chosen my first toon to log in with one who hasn't done any kind of lifeskilling instead of one who has finished some leap quests.
