Rework Suggestion for Alchemy Stone enhancing

Suggestions/Comments:
Simplify Alchemy Stone enhancing by treating EXP material (Metal Ingots etc.) similarly to Cron Stones in regular enhancing, basically consuming a Black Stone and whatever EXP material during the click instead of having to add EXP seperately.
This would eliminate a huge amount of clicks and a large portion of why enhancing Alchemy Stones is so tedious.
Additionally maybe lock the EXP charge to always require 150% or 100% and (in case of 100%) maybe also rebalance the enhance rates so it's the same as charging 150% currently.

Leave the same chances, but add crons to enhance without destroying. The current system is awful and annoying.
