New nodewar system suggestions.

Suggestions/Comments:
Referring to the latest Global Lab update 26/04/2024, new nodewars system have been showed.
I have few concerns about it. I think the idea is somewhat good but the execution is not good. 

First point : Maximum number of participants.

As shown in the image below, there are 3 groups. 35,70,100 maximum number of participants. All of them have different caps. 35 has tuvala gear cap (current T2), 70 has what T4 nodewars are right now and 100 no caps. 
Considering 100 caps shouldn't probably exist in nodewar, more numbers doesn't mean more gear. In EU we have too few guilds to have randomized node wars like this, especially 100 caps where the gap between certain guilds is much greater than the rest of the 100 men guilds.


T3 scene in EU is the most alive and with the new system you are hurting it a lot. T3 node wars, right now, have a maximum of participants between 40 and 60, where 50 participant members is the average. With the new system, those guilds have nowhere to go, they are too many for 35 cap and too few for 70 cap (considering also a lot of top guilds will go to the 70 caps as well).

Suggestion  : 
• Change 100 cap to 70.
• Change 70 cap to 50. Add 5 merc slots instead of 3.
• Change 35 cap to 30. Remove middle gear cap (current T4)
Make 50 and 70 players cap gear UNCAPPED 

Second point : Time limit.

A minimum of 10 minutes is too low for a fort time.  The nodewar would just end in 10 minutes (when for example a max of 3 guilds are participating)
We are gonna spend more time to prepare and buff up for the nodewar, than the duration of the nodewar itself.



Suggestion : 
• Change the minimum set time of 10 minutes to 40 minutes.
• For certain regions, 1h maximum set time could be short, make it 1.30h or 2h.

Third point : Too many territories.

This might be fixed with lowering the participants cap, but in some region it might still be a problem.
There are too many territories and we don't have a lot of guilds that really engage in NWs (no, PvE guilds will remain PvE guilds, they won't start to do NWs cause of the new system, and if they do they will just quit after few tries, stop listening to someone that doesn't want to PvP)

Suggestion :
I would problably check on the live server, but some adjustment might be taken.

Fourth point : Annexes.

Flame towers and Hwacha being 500 million sounds not optimal. If a guild doesn't win (and even if it does I don't think nodes taxes are gonna cover the cost) they won't be able to afford those structures.
Elephants are still not fixed. There's nothing mentioned about elephants being obnoxious and too OP.
I actually don't know if structures tankiness are gonna be the same as they are now, and how impactful they are gonna be, but I would have a look at their HP/DR. Right now the meta is just to PVE the fort until it dies, without any strategy and "balls" to engage a main raid fight.

Suggestion : 
• Reduce the cost of Flame tower and Hwacha
• NERF ELEPHANTS. They CC an entire raid over and over and it's not FUN. Remove the CCs.
Look at structures HP/DR. Could use some buff.


I think there is still a lot to polish, and I might have forgotten something, but implementing those suggestions would be already nice steps in the right direction.

If that performance system drops like its stated then its over for me in large scale unless i roll Succ Maegu
