Karanda/Garmoth Crystal Slot Family wide

Suggestions/Comments: Implement a way so the crystal slot expansion of garmoth/karanda heart is family wide.
Example: Quest showing an NPC the reforged weapon or the item itself.
Reasoning: As lifeskill levels become family wide, it brought forward more the issue that you cannot copy lifeskill crystal setups to alt due to missing 'Karanda' & 'Garmoth' heart.
Previously also if someone had a grinder charachter and a lifeskiller it was already hard to choose on which charachter garmoth heart should be put on.As it's a 16B investment.
Now its even on more of a hard decision for people as they using even more different lifeskilling alts for specific activities.

for as expensive and as hard as that thing is to get making it go family wide would be big and in a good way
