Note, this happened each time against fighting Kutum. Unsure if it happens elsewhere with any other mobs.
Not entirely gamebreaking, but can be extremely annoying as all progress on World Boss is lost in event of crash, and any claims to loot is forfeited if boss dies before inflicting enough damage again

1. Fight and die against Kutum

2. On initial death select "Resurrect at nearest safe zone"

3. Die a second time to Kutum (unkown if time between deaths is a factor)

4. Select "Resurrect at nearest safe zone " a second time

5. Game will "lock up"

6. Eventually game will crash, and screen will return to desktop
