I am having an issue with claiming drops on Twitch.  After I watch the 2 hours of content, I go to my Twitch inventory and hit the "Claim Now" button.  Doing this does not do anything.  I have been doing this drop event every day now for about 5 months and never had this issue.  I would watch content for 2 hours, go to twitch inventory and hit claim button, go to my PA account and claim from twitch to PA and then send the items to the game.

As of yesterday, when I hit the "Claim Now" button in the Twitch inventory, nothing happens.  It just keeps saying "Claim Now"  instead of coming back and saying "Claimed"

I have tried Chrome, Opera, Internet Explorer, logging out, clearing cookies and cache, reconnecting the accounts.  I tried all these of two seaprate computers.

I haver contacted Twitch support and this is what they had to say in what is probably a typical form reply...

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues receiving your digital rewards in-game. Please note that Drops or Charms can take around 24 hours to update on the Inventory page after claiming.

If you’re having difficulties receiving the digital content, please contact the game developer for this reward. As Twitch, we provide the notifications to developers about which accounts claimed the Drops & Charms of their game but we do not have the ability to award the actual in-game items. Fulfillment of in-game rewards is at the developer’s discretion and can take time to further process on their end even after the promotion is claimed in your inventory or the campaign has ended.

Note that non-reception of in-game rewards such as Drops & Charms, can sometimes be caused by having the wrong game account tied to your Twitch account. Please ensure that you have the right account connected before reaching out to the game developer. You may want to disconnect and reconnect your accounts to prevent issues for future Drops for that game; doing so in an incognito browser is often helpful for connection issues.

I do connect tp PA through Steam and I have the game on Steam and Twitch is connected to Steam  But as I stated already, I have been doing this drop for months without issue until yesterday.

Can confirm twitch drops are not working since today.

I am having the same issue. I click the Claim Now Button and Twitch Page says "Drop Claimed" and the Drop does not go to the bottom of the page to the "Claimed" section of the Drop Inventory. I go to Playblackdesert.com and into my account to claim drops and it tells me i have not collected any drops. Has been happening to days, been trying to claim since 7am PDT. and i try every 30 minutes. Gonna wait til reset time (around 5pm PDT) to see if i can claim. did all the things the above said/suggested. still not claiming.

Just wanted to post that the drops finally showed as claimed in my Twitch inventory anad I as able to claim to my PA web storage and then to my game mail.  It took 7 hours for this to happen when it used to be an immediate process when you clicked the "Claim Now" button.

I also had this problem yesterday. When I tried to claim again after some hours it worked.
