New alt - My spirit doesn't give me the quest to get the adventure's tome

Hello,
I don't know if it's a bug or not, but i can't get a new tome by the spirit. He doesn't give me the quest "I lost my tome" and i don't find this quest via 'o'.
I'm playing with a seasonal character and this is not my first alt (i had 5 more).
Someone can help me ?

When i use "Find my objects" / Ctrl F
I have this (My alt's name is Dophinia) :
With just "Tome", i have Chengas Tome of my others alts. (My alt's name is Dophinia)
With "Tome de l'aventurier" (Sorry for french) as "Adventurer's tome", i find nothing.
And my spirit still doesn't give me the quest for the tome.
I'm doing something wrong ?

Hmm no, you should be getting the quest from black spirit. In this case i can only recommend you send a ticket to support to have them check what the issue is.

make sure chekc the BS box on your quest log cuz it happen to me
