Garmoth only gives me loot when I do the weekly quest

Is this how it supposed to be? That Garmoth will only give me loot once a week? Only doing the quest? What am I doing wrong, someone teach me how this work.

Yup... Main loot is only from quest
This was hidden by admin due to the reports it has received.

The quest is available 3 times per week, so yes, you can only get loot from garmoth this amount of time.
