Black Desert will begin in a moment.

Install the Black Desert Launcher if the game doesn't start.

Install the Black Desert Launcher to start the game.

The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

Install Guide

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

Central market is bugged for me

My Central market seemed to be bugged. I've restarted my games and I still get "The Central Market is not Avilable at this time. What can I do to fix this?

I have had the same issue for almost 2 weeks now. i"ve scanned files cleared the cache deleted the service.ini file nothing has worked. i have spoken with a few others dealing with the same issue, let me know if you find a workaround.

Same here, going to 2 weeks straight on this wednesday's maintenance.

l've done everything you can possibly find as ''fix'' on the internet and nothing works.

Would be great if them at least acknowledged it as a problem.

Why is this issue not listed there? still hasn't been fixed, for no reason the CM stopped working after the servers moved to Chicago, everything else in the game works besides the CM, I've many friends that are having this problem and are not playing for 2-3 weeks already because of it, are you people even checking this or gonna just ignore it until the players being affected give up waiting and quit?

I'm in the same boat: can't access the Central Market since the server move. I've been working with support, but diagnosing issues when you have a script to run through first is…fun.

I've been playing on NA since CBT2 and just created a character on EU for the first time. I had no problem accessing the CM after playing the tutorial. Still can't access the CM on NA (even played through the tutorial again, just in case).

Obviously, the next diagnostic step is to move the servers back. /s (/s)

Not been able to access CM since 22 MAY patch, same here with support ticket still open with no response but one time, and possible solutions still are not working.

1) Can't load the information for Central Market. Try again. (with CM Director and Maids)
2) The Central Market is not available at this time. (with storage Keepers)
3) I can access all the other storage area in all the other towns.
4) It appears to be sync issue with your server.

I've deleted and reinstalled game.
I've deleted the game cache files.
I've released/renewed IP address.
I've flushed the DNS cache.
I've reset my modem.
I've even re-synchronized the Internet time server.

I finally got a reply yesterday....

We are really sorry for the delay in our response as we are dealing with high volume of tickets recently. Regarding the update on your concern, our team is aware of this problem residing in NA region in which the central market is inaccessible for some reason. Please be informed that we have escalated this to our development team for further checking and to located the root cause of this problem. We will then notify you again once we have an update regarding this matter, but also stay tuned on our website as new updates and fixes might be posted earlier on it. 

I hope for your kind understanding and patience regarding this matter. 

Atleast I know that it's NA Region....I created a toon on the EU, with this account and Central Market works fine.

I've had this issue since the May server relocation. I've exhausted 11 tickets. 5 of which have gone unreplied to for weeks... Every time I did, I got a series of useless, and unhelpful requests. Things I've tried include.

- Resetting my modem

- Releasing/renewing IP

- Scanning game files in steam and the launcher

- Reinstalling the game

- Reinstalling windows

- Clearing the game's cache

- Flushing DNS

- Changing driver versions

- Using a VPN

- Opening ports / setting allow on windows firewall for bdo and it's launcher

I've given support a DxDiag, WinMTR report for the IP they requested, and screenshots that prove PERS.exe is broken for me and refuses to run no matter how many times I verify files...

And after the last time I told them that running PERS.exe as admin didn't fix it, they just stopped responding altogether.
