This document is a final attempt at persuading PA to make meaningful PvP changes to Awakening Witch, to ensure her usability in the context of current and announced system changes to PvP, such as the Eva/Dr changes on Global Labs. It will ignore PvE related topics wherever able.
Based and much needed suggestion, awakening witch is only played by PvE bots like Sir Loony Storm

May I suggest a few improvements to the Pre-Awakening staff section? I believe they should mirror a lot of aspects from Succession Staff into the Awakening staff in a number of the cases. Here what I could suggest (those are not in addition to suggestion in the google doc, they are unrelated to them).
Absolute Multiple Magical Arrow - Akin to the Prime variation, allow MMA to be castable with the keybind S + RMB (from staff) after your skill, improve range to match the other spell's range and improve cast speed for the S + RMB command after a staff skill.
The goal in mind is to reduce the clunkiness in usage, free up a skillslot and add dynamism to the awakening staff skill pressure. Also, if blocks are too strong after the Global Lab tankiness changes, MMA could be a small block break skill if needed for prime and absolute.
Meteor Shower - No suggestions, but comments given.
With the recent re-adjustment of lower level staff skills (where a pvp damage reduction was added), I have a hard time imagining them keeping the Pre-Absolute meteor in its current state. I feel that they might come and nerf it soon simply for the sake of consistancy. It would be nice for the developpers to think of a fair middle-ground between Pre-Absolute Meteor and Absolute Meteor when the kit of Awakening Staff is considered at large; whereas the Prime variants had its protection stripped, it made a lot less sense for the Absolute to be clipped as well given its usage for Awakening (ie, Sage Memory plays).
Absolute Risidual Lightning - Along with allowing it to be cancellable via tp, earth response, magical evasion, mana absorption... Add Down Attacks to the skill. A bound without Bound CC skill without Down Attack is unseen these days by most standards.
Absolute Earth Response - Standardization between Prime and Absolute skills. Give Earth Response similar cast and effect as Prime: Earth's Response : Destruction. It would not grant the -15 Magic DP.
Absolute Earthquake - Standardization between Prime and Absolute skills. Give Earthquake a similar cast and effect as Prime: Earthquake: Destruction. 10% less damage. Cooldown 20 seconds as it currently is.
Sage's Memory - Add Super Armor during the cast (on the cast of the buff skill itself).
Sage's Thunder - Grants a +12 Magic AP buff for 10 seconds.
You know what I am doing here. Awakening Wizard has it on their Hellfire. Witch could gain it from her rabam usage since they removed the Magic DP+15 for 10 sec which played a part in the magic class match ups since it was spammable. Rabam Thunder is a special niche skill competing versus the best Rabam Skill in the entire game, Rabam Heal (Sage's Lighthouse). It grants Awakening Witch (nobody in their right mind use it on Succ in PvP) a very fast stun catch from range. 12 Magic AP buff for 10 seconds would help solidify that more agressive style suggested by Sage's Thunder.
Mana Absorption - Increase range radius lenght by double.
Mana Absorption had received many changes during Reboots but it never completely regained its benefits when trying to slow an opponent movement speed. It was a go too against Berserkers and it never recovered from the massive range nerf from Reboots.
Reminder that playing awa witch into grabs with no cancels aint it @PA.
