Issue has been going on about 3 months now, has been the game almost completely unplayable for many.

This is an issue for me as well. I've complained to support so many times. I even told them about the connection of the crash to gamepad UI, but they said it's not within their jurisdiction. Can u imagine? Who are we supposed to go to then?
