My game is getting worse and worse since my SSD broke and I had to start using an HDD, now this: I can't hear anyone else playing their instruments, sometimes not even the instrument itself loads, they just stand there playing an invisible instrument with no sound... unless I'm in group with them, then I can hear it, but the moment they leave the group I can't hear anymore. 
 I know this might have something to do with my HDD but I think there is more than that, also if I summon my shai to play from another character, there is no sound, she just stands there playing forever, there is no button to stop, I remember seeing someone with this problem somewhere but IDK how to solve it.

Prior to the June 12th update, the music playback was functioning at a better capacity but ever since the update, the music playback has become so unstable that it can impact other sources of audio in the game.

Issue Summary

 - Individual notes become inaudible during album playback and performance

 - Effects become inaudible/disabled during album playback and performance

 - Effects being applied incorrectly to other sourcs of in-game audio, such as NPC/player voices and skill audio

 - Album playback and performance audio becomes completely muted

 - All in-game audio becomes completely muted; requires a restart and/or client repair
